He was Planet Volecula’s last hope…searching Earth in quest of females who could save their race.

Introduction to a Secret Project

Elsin13 arrived promptly at the secret government workshop after completing a normal day of work as a food production engineer.  He non-chalantly walked down the corridor of doors each marked with scientific project names....stopping one door past a door sign "Cleaning Supplies.  This room was marked "Utilities Workshop"...no project name.  He unlocked the door with his pass key and stepped in to a very dark room.  Immediately after closing the door--an overhead scanning beam bathed him in soft ruby laser light.  The light faded to black and a door rolled back revealing a huge laboratory of scientific instruments teaming with technicians all dressed in biological suits.

"Come in Elsin13" a soft voice on the loudspeakers hailed.  Elsin13 headed for the high stage where a chair surrounded by instrumentation was aglow with work lights and several technicians in white suits.  He took a seat in the chair and fastened a shoulder harness.  A young female technician (with hauntingly beautiful green eyes and a soft sweet voice spoke to him)...all he could see through her biological suit and helmet were those eyes and a sparkling smile: "Are you ready sir?  Elsin13 responded "affirmative".  The female techie began removing his shoes, his lead lined trousers, then slipped his cotton body overall over his buttocks down to his ankles and off.  Then she quickly stripped off his thin shorts and placed each leg gently into stirrups.  A soft mechanical whirr signaled the stirrups spreading his legs gently apart.  She took a cloth moistened with sanitizing solutionss and washed him down from hips to toes.  She used several cloths to wash his privates--paying especial attention to his reproductive organ.

Elsin13 was always a little embarrassed by this procedure...but he was used to it by now.  The very attractive attendant was a bit of a surprise.  Usually the embarrassment kept him from becoming aroused by the gentle stimulating wash down.  Today, mostly due to anticipation for the event to follow, he became aroused immediately at her soft touch, beauty, and sweet voice...the warm moist cloths didn't help his dilemma.  His sexual organ system came alive and the most obvious of male parts jumped to attention.  The female technician was startled by the surprise move and drew back quickly...she calmed immediately, giggled, and said (in a teasing voice): "Thanks for making my job easier.  I can clean you so much better this way."  Elsin13 smiled and said, "go for it!"  His member growing yet higher, longer, and very rigid.

Today was the first day of his technological adventure with planet "Earth"...a smaller planet than VOLECULA on the other side of the constellation they called the "Milky Way".  Scientists in this room had been studying life on planet Earth for years...as its size, chemical properties, atmosphere, and life forms were strikingly similar to planet VOLECULA.  

Voleculites were a peaceful, loving, and considerate people on a planet nearing extinction after two global nuclear wars poisoned everthing on the planet that supported life.  The population of the planet had plummeted from 500 million to 500,000 in only 50 years with the voleculite population now nearly sterile.  First women began to bear fewer and fewer children...then men began to be affected with weaker virility.  Males were given huge amounts of additional testosterone at birth which grew their organs quicker and larger and higher glandular volume...but with the birth rate of the planet spiralled downward and fewer and fewer male/female pairings yielding an offspring.

Almost immediately a scientific team began to look for ways to enhance and induce fertility back into the Voleculite community.  ((The story of their fertility experiments are found in the advanced volume of this book)) The population plummeted  within a hundred years past the nuclear period...resulting in near population decimation.  Fewer than 50,000 people of child-bearing age remained on the planet with only one live birth to every 500 couples.  It was obvious to all that this was the end of their civilization.  

A very secret government project had already been in place to examine the planet "Earth" as a possible refuge for Voleculites...but technology as advanced as it was...could not manage to design and build a space vehicle to traverse an entire galaxy and have a living crew at the end.  Knowing this, the secret team began to beam xrays and particle streams toward earth--testing and perfecting the reflected beams for two way transmission.  The goal was to actually contact an earth woman on the particle beam and to beam male semen to an Earth woman for impregnation.  They were mystified that no one on Earth detected the Volecula radio transmissions as coming from intelligent life...even though they could tell there was much instrumentation of Earth people searching with radio telemetrly to find intelligent life in the nearby galaxies and planets.  All they Earth scientists were able to accomplish so far was to acknowledge that the solar system of VOLECULA was a noisy one.  Earth Scientists just called VOLECULA's solar system...a noisy star.

Not so on VOLECULA...they had perfected the particle stream technology to the point that they could beam through Earth's atmosphere, could detect humanoid forms, could count them, and even single some out as receptive to their transmissions.  The beam technology led VOLECULA scientists to form a secret plan to find the most viral of all planet Volecula's men and bring them to the Workshop to participate in a particle beam transmission project that could stream fluid emissions from a Voleculite citizen and have it carried in perfect chemical formulaic form to planet Earth.  To date 12 such viral men had participated in the project....with the result of 10 deaths due to malfunction of the system design,  Elsin11 was the first to live through the experiments, but his male organ was severely damaged during stream transmission experiments.  Elsin12 also lived and was the first male to actually survive a particle beam transmission of his semen to the planet Earth.  He had developed a modification of the stream length and intensity himself knowing that the longer he was being milked of his semen, the more physiologically damaging the beam was.  He discovered that having his wife by his side to encourage and participate in assisting him to eject semen on demand was the secret to a fast transfer into the beaming equipment which could then be directed toward earth without further connection to his body (with the exception of his brain telemetry. Hi brainwaves remained streaming toward an Earth object and later a selected female subject.  Elsin12 was able to deposit his stream on earth many times hitting a target of only 12" square--soon they would be able to direct the stream within an inch and that would signal first attempts at Procreation Phase of the experiment.  Elsin12's virility suffered in these experiments and his system became more damaged with each effort.  Soon he was no longer considered fertile enough to continue.

Enter Elsin13 and the planet's first attempt to actually contact and examine an Earth woman for reproductive capabilities and willingness to become a recipient.  Much of the equipment and particle stream and communications links had been upgraded since Elsin12, and today was the first try at actually attempting both mental and physical semen stream transmission to a willing Earth woman.

Volecula scientists and engineers had discovered at least five women on earth so far with brainwaves that were on the same frequency as Elsin13 and had been viewing and following the women for weeks prior to this experiment.  Today was the day that Elsin13 would participate in a full-on attempt to speak directly and intelligently with an Earth woman.  His mission was to explain the circumstances and gain her confidence and willingness to submit to an examination for birthability.  Hopefully Elsin 13 would be able to persuade his subject to participate fully and actually allow him to try to impregnate her with a transmitted semen stream.

Elsin13's wife was standing by his side ready to coax and urge him at the exact required moment of semen transmission.  This was the first experiment of its kind and all in the workshop were excited and aprehensive.  Because Elsin13 was so primed to be the first to impregnate...it was about all he could think of...and he was excited and aroused by it.  This was a good thing of course and the scientists were very optimistic at paring him first with NECOLE, a young woman in the mountains of West Virginia that seemed fertile, on frequency, and very pain tolerant.  This phase of the experiment was a go!!!!!!!!!!

Necole was located, and was receiving the particle beam streams at Elsin13's brainwave frequency really well.  It was time to coax her toward her favorite tree where they would bounce Elsin's mental voicing off her tree and concentrate them in her direction.
